Manual workers or laborers and long periods of sitting or standing can also add risk to having back problems. Health problems such as ulcers, arthritis, kidney diseases, pregnancy, heart diseases, bone injuries and cancer can also be a cause of having back pains.  

There are many causes why people have back pain. As many as the causes are, treatments are also plenty to choose from. You can have a physical therapy, massage and spinal manipulation.
